YOUNGSTOWN - The City of Youngstown has announced the road closures for its annual Holiday Parade & Light-Up Night set to take place Friday, December 5.

Starting Thursday, December 4 at 3 a.m., West Federal Street will be closed between Hazel and Market Street, East Federal Street will be closed between Market and Walnut Street and all of Federal Plaza will be closed.

Meanwhile, Champion Street will close between Phelps Street and Boardman Street beginning at 5:30 p.m. on Friday, December 5, just before the parade kicks off at 6 p.m.

All impacted roads will remain closed through the conclusion of the parade festivities and subsequent cleanup.

The Light-Up Night festivities will kick off at 4 p.m. with the Flea On Phelps, and there will be plenty more activities for guests to enjoy
