Poultry growers are left out of court case that could end their contracts, court records show

SPRINGDALE -- Tyson Foods Inc.'s confirmation that it might never grant another poultry growing contract in the Illinois River watershed comes 16 days after a federal judge denied poultry growers' request to have a say in the court case driving Tyson's decision.
