A “Full House” star from Michigan is set for another battle with cancel.
Dave Coulier, a St. Clair Shores native famous for playing “Uncle” Joey Gladstone on the hit 1990s sitcom, announced on NBC’s “Today” that he has been diagnosed with tongue cancer.
The diagnosis comes nearly seven months after he announced he was free of Stage 3 non-Hodgkin Lymphoma.
Coulier, 66, said the new cancer was discovered during a PET scan in October and that doctors told him its “totally unrelated” to his previous diagnosis.
