In a new development, the World Health Organization (WHO) has added Cannabinoid Hyperemesis Syndrome (CHS) to its diagnostic manual , based on guidance issued by the agency in October. This now establishes a newly dedicated code for CHS . The new designated ICD-10 code represents a step forward in providing more definitive care for patients struggling with the syndrome.
