Police seized an uninsured car as the driver was found to have a provisional licence.

While on a late evening patrol in Blythburgh, east Suffolk, an officer stopped a vehicle and checks on the vehicle indicated it had no insurance.

The driver was also not able to provide a valid insurance policy.

After providing their details, the driver was found to have a provisional licence.

As the driver had no supervision in the car and no 'L' plates fitted, the person was reported at the roadside for driving otherwise in accordance with a licence and driving with no insurance.

Also, the vehicle was seized due to the offences.
