FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - Leaders with Fort Wayne Community Schools (FWCS) shared a statement Tuesday morning regarding district cancellations and delays.

Recently, many parents have raised concerns about the district’s policies when it comes to delay and cancellation decisions.

The other major school districts in the area, Southwest Allen County Schools, Northwest Allen County Schools, and East Allen County Schools, all issued two-hour delays on Tuesday.

FWCS Communications Manager Scott Murray shared the following statement about their decision not to issue a delay:
