President Donald Trump claimed that "zero illegal aliens" have entered the United States in the past six months while speaking to reporters during a Cabinet meeting at the White House on Tuesday (December 2).
"For six months in a row, ZERO illegal aliens have been admitted into the United States... Illegal border crossings along the U.S.-Mexico border have plummeted to the lowest level ever recorded — EVER recorded," Trump said.
A total 65,135 individuals are reported to be held at U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement detention centers as of November 16, 2025, which was a significant rise from the 39,000 in custody when Trump took office in January, according to TRACReports.org .
