FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - After a snowy start to the day, road conditions across 21Country are improving and we will stay dry for the rest of the day. We are tracking another round of snow set to arrive just after lunch time tomorrow, but luckily we are not expecting much accumulation this time with only about an inch expected.
After snow clears out for the work week, cooler air sets in and will take over Thursday and Friday. Temperatures in the low 20s Thursday before lows near 0 by Friday morning, with wind chills expected at least 5 below zero with the potential to fall as low as -10 to -15. We are monitoring the potential for a First Alert Weather Day Friday morning if wind chills consistently stay at about -10. A cloudy weekend is in store with one more light snow chance by Sunday.
