Neighbours are opposing a plan to build new homes in a field next to their houses north of Bristol. Developers are planning to build between five to nine houses on the southern edge of Alveston, on the A38 Gloucester Road.
The field is part of the Green Belt, but Cotswold Homes says this land is actually the new category of “Grey Belt”. South Gloucestershire Council’s development management committee voted to approve permission in principle, on Thursday, November 27.
