CONCORD, MI — One man was killed and another was injured when both men were hit by a passing truck during a road rage brawl in the street.

Police and rescue crews were called at 6:07 p.m. Friday, Nov. 28, to the area of M-60 and North Main Street in Concord Township for a report of a vehicle that struck two pedestrians, according to the Michigan State Police.

Crews arrived to find two men, a 22-year-old Concord man and a 24-year-old Parma man, had been hit by a Ram 1500 pickup while the pair were in the road, police reported on Tuesday, Dec. 2.

The Concord man was pronounced dead at Henry Ford Jackson Hospital. The Parma man’s injuries were deemed non-life-threatening and he is still being treated at the hospital, police said. The driver of the truck, 62, of Hanover, was not injured, po
