A teen girl was arrested after bear spray was allegedly discharged towards a police officer and a police dog on Tuesday morning in Saskatoon’s Riversdale neighbourhood.
Police said an officer was patrolling the area of 20th Street West and Avenue F South at around 2:30 a.m. when they saw a woman discharge bear spray towards a male victim.

“The officer activated the vehicle’s emergency equipment and the suspect fled,” police said in a statement.
