The Rochester Hills doctor who pleaded no contest to 31 counts of sexual misconduct brought against him will spend at least 35 years in prison.
Dr. Oumair Aejaz in October declined to challenge the charges, which accused him of secretly recording several children and at least two adults in the changing rooms of a local swim school and sexually assaulting a 6-year-old girl while recording himself.
He faced the possibility of life in prison for two first-degree criminal sexual conduct charges in his indictment.
