DETROIT — JoVaughn Johnson couldn’t help but admire the postgame spread. It was Thanksgiving, after all.

So at the request of a towering Green Bay Packers defensive lineman, the 33-year-old security guard indulged in a few bites of turkey as FOX’s broadcast wrapped up.

“All I said to him was, ‘That sure does smell good.’ So he offered me some, but I said, ‘Bro, you know, I’m working. I can’t,’” Johnson said. “And I said it again and again, but sometimes in life when a 6-foot-8, 300-pound guy tells you to do something, you just have to do it.”

It just seemed like a wholesome Thanksgiving moment.
