Cincinnati police are asking the public for help in their search for a suspect wanted for felony murder.

Police say the suspect, identified as 24-year-old Emory Green, is wanted in the death of a man in September 2024. Advertisement

The incident happened on Sept. 27, 2024, when Emory Green and Barbara Mathis were accused of punching John Nichols in the head, causing him to fall on his face and break his jaw. It happened on Westwood Northern Boulevard in East Westwood.

Nichols died from his injuries in July.

Green and Mathis were indicted on murder charges. They were also been charged with two counts of felonious assault and one count of trafficking in cocaine.

Green has a history of felonious assault and aggravated robbery and was last known to live on Westwood Northern
