A retailer is being sought to lease a kiosk at a soon-to-open County Durham bus station.

The 21-square-metre kiosk is located at the Bishop Auckland bus station, which is set to open this winter.

Durham County Council is inviting offers to lease this space.

A council social media post said: "Durham County Council offers an excellent opportunity To Let a kiosk area within the newly developed Bus Station in the heart of Bishop Auckland.

"Suitable for Class E (b) Sale of food and drink consumption on the premises. All interested parties should make their own enquiries to the Local Planning Authority.

"The deadline for submission of offers is no later than 4pm on Monday, 26th January 2026."
