The BBC has announced the return date for season four of The Traitors- and we haven't got long to wait. Although we've just said goodbye to the immensely popular celebrity version which saw Alan Carr come out on top, it's finally time for a fourth series of the original version of the show.

The iconic game of deception and betrayal will return on New Year’s Day in 2026, the BBC has confirmed. The first episode of the new series will air at 8pm on Thursday, January 1, 2026.

The next episode will air at 8pm on Friday, January 2, 2026. It will also be available to watch on BBC One and iPlayer.
