Two Whippany men were arrested and charged after they found inside a school bus using drugs, Hanover police announced Tuesday, Dec. 2.
Officers responded to the Calais School on Monday, Nov. 17, for a report of people, later identified as Tyler Metallidis, 19 and Alex Bueno, 20, inside a school bus, using controlled dangerous substances, Hanover police said.
Bueno was found to be in possession of three different substances, while Metallidis was found to be in possession of 26 different substances, police said.
Bueno was charged with possession of CDS, possession of prescription legend drugs, being under the influence of CDS and criminal trespass, police said. He was hospitalize due to his state of intoxication, police said.
Metallidis was charged with multiple counts of possession of CDS possession of prescription legend drugs, being under the influence of CDS, possession of hypodermic syringes distribution of prescription legend drugs and criminal trespass, police said.
