Eckley Miners Village in Weatherly invites you to join in celebrating a Patchtown Christmas on Dec. 6 and Dec. 7, as the Eckley Miners’ Village Museum hosts its annual Christmas at Eckley event with crafts vendors, music, art, and more – all in the holiday spirit.
Hours are 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. both days, with St. Nick on hand in the historic mansion to pose for photos. Organists will play the historic organ, Ukrainian carolers will sing songs from their culture and regional artist Robert McCormick will have his folk art on display.
Stained glass, handmade candles, skin care products, woodworks, metalwork, and wine and cider by Wild Elder Wine & Cider Co. will be among the wares vendors will offer, and there will be a chance for children to try their hands at old-fashioned crafts.
