It has been revealed that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's foundation has released a report highlighting the importance of authenticity to young people. The report found that young people have grown tired of the inauthenticity of influencer culture, preferring role models who are not motivated by profit and make an impact for causes they care passionately about.

Meghan and Harry's critics have pointed out that their deals with Netflix and Spotify since 2020 were worth at least $120million (£90m) alone.

Meghan has also relaunched her Instagram account and used it promote her As Ever lifestyle brand. But she denies being an influencer, calling herself an 'entrepreneur and a female founder'.
