TOLEDO, Ohio — No one was injured after a fire broke out at a south Toledo home on Tuesday afternoon, according to Toledo Fire and Rescue.

TFRD said it responded to the 1300 block of Leith Drive near Glendale Avenue around 12:45 p.m. after a postal worker reported seeing smoke coming from the home.

According to TFRD, the home was fully involved when crews arrived. The fire was in the basement and traveled up to the attic.

TFRD said investigators responded to the home to determine how the fire started.

No injuries were reported. It is unclear if anyone was inside the home when the fire broke out.
