Some parts of New England are seeing mostly rain from Tuesday's storm, but others are getting their first significant snowfall of the season.

And more is still falling -- heavy bands of snow are expected in some areas into the evening hours .

As of 2 p.m., the jackpot towns that had received the most snow were Arlington, Vermont, with 6.6 inches, and Otis, Massachusetts, with 6 inches.
