A total of 14 adults and eight children have been displaced after a fire in Hartford.
Firefighters responded to the area of 163-165 Albany Avenue for a structure fire around 12:26 a.m.

When crews arrived, they encountered heavy fire conditions in a three-story building. Officials say a working fire was declared and a second alarm was transmitted for additional resources.
According to officials, the fire was located in the cockloft above the third floor.
No injuries were reported.
The Hartford Fire Marshal's Office is investigating this incident.
Their Special Services are working with the American Red Cross to assist the people who were displaced.
