49ers GM John lynch weighs in on the chance of Brandon Aiyuk returning this season

A lot of drama has filled the San Francisco 49ers ' organization in the past couple of weeks after the new contract details on wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk's deal went public.

It was announced that the 49ers voided the roughly $27 million of Aiyuk's contract due to his not meeting team obligations on the deal.

With this taking place, the hope of the wide receiver returning this season has gone sour. There's still a chance, but if he returns, more drama can take place on the field. 49ers general manager John Lynch weighed in on the situation.
