Are you too old to shovel snow? Heart experts suggest a smaller shovel

If you're headed out to shovel a path after Indiana's most recent snowfall , the American Heart Association has encouraged Hoosiers to protect themselves, and possibly one of the best ways to do so is by using the right tool: a smaller shovel.
