RENO, Nev. (KOLO) - Gov. Joe Lombardo has signed 13 bills passed during the special session of the Nevada Legislature. The measures cover a range of issues including health care, crime, and school zone safety.
“The voters of Nevada elected all of us to get things done, and I called this Special Session to get things done now – not two years from now,” said Lombardo. “Nevadans deserve a government that acts quickly when their safety, opportunity, and wellbeing are on the line. This Special Session delivered major wins for public safety, healthcare access, cybersecurity, and secured assistance for our most vulnerable communities in the event of future aid disruptions.”
