MARSHALL, Texas — A Marshall man is charged with several drug offenses and firearm violations after police confiscated meth and nearly 30 guns from his home.
According to Marshall Police, officers worked in coordination with Joint Harrison County Violent Crimes and Narcotics Task Force to arrest Lawrence Richard Siford, 63, of Marshall. He was taken into custody on Tuesday for outstanding federal warrants following an investigation by the Task Force and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
Siford was accused of the following offenses:
Conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute methamphetamine
Felon in possession of a firearm
Use, carry and possession of a firearm during, in relation to, and in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime
