$1M Lottery Jackpot: Everett Woman Has Clever Idea Of How To Spend Payday

A Massachusetts woman had a very clever answer when asked how she would spend her $1 million lottery prize. 

Achili Guardado Canales, of Everett, won the seven-figure payday playing "Triple 777," a state lottery's $5 scratch-off game.

Guardado Canales chose to take the lump sum payment of $650,000 before taxes rather than the annuity. 

When asked how she would use that money, she slyly replied, "wisely."

She bought the winning ticket at Fernandez Brothers Liquors, 79 Williams St. in Chelsea. The store will get a $10,000 bonus for the sale.
