Cindy Crawford’s son is opening up about his mental health.

Presley Gerber took to social media this week to detail his emotional well-being and the various medications he has been prescribed to treat his “really bad” mental health struggles.

“I feel like honesty is the best policy,” the 26-year-old model, who Crawford shares with husband Rande Gerber, began in a clip posted to Instagram on Monday.

Presley went on to reveal that he is currently taking several different depressant meds – including Buprenorphine, Xanax and valium – to help treat his “panic attacks.”

“The benzos have been fluctuating up and down depending on what’s been going on in my life,” he said while relaxing in a spa. “Unfortunately, I’ve had a lot of loss in many different forms recently, so that is not an excuse
