Judge Weighing Sanctions Against Hagens Berman Refers Thalidomide Cases to DOJ

U.S. District Judge Paul Diamond, of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, issued the Tuesday order after finding that Hagens Berman managing partner Steve Berman, and a former lawyer at his Seattle-based firm, Tyler Weaver, engaged in 'misconduct bordering on the criminal' in thalidomide cases.
