The Washington Commanders will officially play the Philadelphia Eagles at Northwest Stadium on Dec. 20 with a scheduled kickoff for 5 p.m. ET.

The game, which was initially announced in May, could have major implications for the NFC East and who could emerge as the division champion. The Commanders (3-9) are currently one game away from being eliminated from postseason contention thanks to a seven-game losing streak caused by a mixture of injuries to key players and other factors.
