SUWANNEE COUNTY, Fla. (WCTV) - After a devastating crash in Suwannee County took the lives of four people one week ago, family members are remembering their loved ones who died in the wreck.

Carolyn Raper was driving her two adopted daughters, Faith Ann and Sophia, when they were killed in the multi-vehicle crash on US Highway 90.

Five-year-old Faith Ann and 8-year-old Sophia, who would have celebrated her birthday on Tuesday, will be buried with their mother in one casket at a cemetery on the grounds of Live Oak First Assembly of God.

Carol Ann Townsend, Carolyn Raper’s daughter, said the tragedy has deeply shaken her.

“My whole world has been shattered. My mom and I were always close,” she said. “My mom was selfless, and took in children, and gave them a beautiful, beautiful life.
