Tuesday night clouds will return and temperatures will rise as a front approaches the area. The cold front will pass early Wednesday. As it gets closer it could produce a few snow showers. Not much, if any, accumulation is expected.
Winds will shift to the northwest after the front passes. During the day, Wednesday, temperatures will be on the fall from morning highs in the low 30s. These winds will bring in the coldest air of the season.
With sub-zero temperatures Thursday morning the winds will be able to drop area chills to between –10 and –20. A First Alert Day is in effect for the morning hours because of this taste of
