The Pajaro Valley Chamber of Commerce and Agriculture and the El Pajaro Community Development Corporation have partnered to produce a holiday shopping extravaganza. Entitled the Watsonville Holiday Factory Sale, it takes place in multiple locations Dec. 6. The El Pajaro Community Development Corporation’s commercial kitchen incubator at 412 E.
