At 3:10 p.m. on Tuesday, the National Weather Service issued a winter weather advisory in effect until 6 p.m. for Oneida, Otsego and Delaware counties.
The weather service says to be ready for, "Additional snow accumulations up to one inch."
"Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday evening commute," comments the weather service. "Slow down and use caution while traveling. The latest road conditions for the state you are calling from can be obtained by calling 5 1 1."
