The Issue: President Trump telling Venezuela’s Nicolás Maduro to resign or face military action.
While President Trump has justifiably pursued criminal drug traffickers from Venezuela, Democrats have protested the legality of military action, despite similar military interventions by former President Barack Obama and others against ISIS and the Taliban ( “Don: clock is ticking, Nic,” Dec. 1).
Unfortunately, many Americans appear more concerned with domestic economic issues than foreign policy successes.
