Dave was born on July 15, 1953, in Kokomo, Indiana, the first child of Dale and Marjorie (Spicer) Miller. A devoted husband, father, grandfather, and disciple of Jesus Christ, he leaves behind a legacy of faith, resilience, and deep love for his family.

Growing up in Kokomo, Dave’s spirit of adventure was evident from a young age. He loved to share stories of hopping freight trains, racing muscle cars, and competing in demolition derbies.
