Blake Grupe is getting a second chance.
The former New Orleans Saints kicker signed to the Indianapolis Colts' practice squad, the NFL Network reported. Grupe reportedly impressed in a workout and Indianapolis needed a new kicker after waiving Michael Badgley.
Grupe landed another job just a week after the Saints cut him. New Orleans released Grupe after he missed two costly kicks in a loss to the Atlanta Falcons. It was the latest misstep for Grupe, who struggled all season and missed a season-high eight field goal attempts. Grupe is 18 of 26 on the year.
