Full House star Dave Coulier has disclosed he's battling tongue cancer , merely seven months after successfully overcoming Stage 3 non-Hodgkin Lymphoma.

The actor initially received his blood cancer diagnosis in October 2024 and has now confirmed that his latest diagnosis is "unrelated" to his earlier health struggle, though fortunately comes with a far more promising outlook.

Appearing on NBC's Today show, the 66 year old stated: "Totally unrelated to the previous cancer that I had."

He elaborated: "So in October of this year, I went in for a PET scan, just a routine check-up and something flared on the PET scan. It turned out that I have P16 squamos carcinoma at the base of my tongue."
