Players of the Month

Denver Nuggets center Nikola Jokić and Detroit Pistons guard Cade Cunningham have been named the Kia NBA Players of the Month for games played in October and November.

Western Conference: Jokić powered Denver to a 14-5 record to start the season while averaging a triple-double with stats of 28.9 points (6th in NBA), 12.4 rebounds (2nd in NBA) and 10.9 assists (1st in NBA). The 3-time NBA MVP tallied four straight triple-doubles to start the season, tying Oscar Robertson’s record for the most to begin a season.

Eastern Conference: Detroit’s star guard led the team to a dominant 16-4 mark in October/November, the best record in the East. Cunningham posted averages of 28.8 points (8th in NBA), 9.4 assists (2nd in NBA) and 6.4 rebounds (9th among guards) over 18 g
