At least 10 more countries could be added to the U.S. travel ban list in response to last week’s shooting in Washington, D.C., that left one National Guard member dead and another critically injured.

According to CNN , Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem is recommending the number of countries on the list be increased to between 30 and 32.

Currently there are 19 countries where citizens face some or full restrictions from travelling to the U.S. That list includes Afghanistan, Burma — formerly known as Myanmar, Chad, the Republic of the Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea, Haiti, Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Yemen, Burundi, Cuba, Laos, Sierra Leone, Togo, Turkmenistan and Venezuela.
