SPOKANE, Wash. — Four of nine people who face federal charges related to a large ICE protest in downtown Spokane this summer may change their pleas.

Former Spokane City Council President Ben Stuckart, along with Mikki Hatfield, Collin Muncey and Bobbi Silva are scheduled to appear in federal court this month for change of plea hearings.

Stuckart and eight others face charges of conspiracy to impede or injure officers. Silva and Hatfield also face charges of assault on a federal officer.

Hatfield is set to appear in court on Wednesday, Dec. 3, while the other three are set to appear next week. There is no indication in court files of how each person will plead, nor if any charges will be amended.
