Rand Paul: Hegseth is either ‘lying to us’ about boat strike or ‘he's incompetent’

Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) on Tuesday sharply criticized Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth for defending a second military strike on survivors of an initial attack on an alleged drug boat in September, after the secretary first dismissed the bombshell report as “fake news.”
