Following the recent buyout of the beloved diner chain last month, Denny's announced it intends to close 150 locations across the United States, per PennLive .
Denny's announced Nov. 3 that it had be acquired for $620 million and taken private by a group comprised of Capital Advisors, Treville Capital Group and Yadav Enterprises, the last of which is one of Denny's largest franchisees, PennLive reported.
The move is in line with Denny's expressed plan, pre-buyout, to close a number of diners.
