HONOLULU (Island News) -- Hawaii's U.S. delegation is calling on the federal Department of Defense to fully investigate a former doctor accused of secretly recording his female patients during examinations.

The former Tripler Army Medical Center OBGYN was identified as Major Blaine McGraw. McGraw faces alleged misconduct that lawmakers said could stretch across multiple duty stations beyond Hawaii.

Along with the investigation, the delegation calls for a probe into army failures. Tripler has been notifying former patients of McGraw about the criminal investigation.
