Southern Utah’s annual 24-hour Code Camp competition recently took place in the Vasion Software Company building on Tech Ridge Drive in St. George.

Code Camp Committee member Joshua Aikens told St. George News that there were over 250 participants ranging from novice coders to professional teams building computer applications.

The competition is broken into a seven-hour day camp for the novices, followed by the full 24-hour experience, where older kids and adults stay busy on a project straight on into the next morning.
