Bowling: NJSIAA Boys & Girls Bowling Team State Championships in North Brunswick, February 25, 2025

There’s a changing of the guard across the N.J. girls bowling landscape this winter.

Holy Angels takes the reins over from Howell as the state’s new top team heading into the 2025-26 season.

The Angels soared to a 22-1 mark on the lanes last winter, winning both the Bergen County Team Tournament crown and the NJSIAA Group 2 title.

Head coach Patrick Dunne has four returning starters back from his state championship squad last season, setting Holy Angels up to add more championships on the lanes this winter.

There are a handful of other strong contenders across the state ready to give Holy Angels a run at the No. 1 spot this season.
