ATLANTA — Election Day is Tuesday for runoffs around metro Atlanta in last month's municipal races, including head-to-head elections for mayor in several cities.
Most of the runoffs are concentrated in Fulton County and the City of Atlanta. There is also a runoff for the Georgia House District 106 special election in Gwinnett County.
Here's a rundown of what's on the ballot Tuesday:
Races for mayor
Municipal races are officially nonpartisan in Georgia, but of note in these races, there are two featuring incumbent Republicans against Democrats — with Mayor Kurt Wilson running against Mary Robichaux in Roswell and Mayor Rusty Paul running against Dontaye Carter in Sandy Springs.
