Finn Keaney’s new contract for the New York Rangers is a strict one.
The 11-year-old signed a one-day contract with the team on Tuesday, as part of his experience through the Make-A-Wish Foundation. As part of his contract, Finn is required to “have fun and smile.”
“There we go, it’s right in the contract,” said former Rangers forward Adam Graves during Finn's contract signing ceremony on Tuesday.
Graves currently works in the hockey and business operations department for the Rangers.
Finn – who lives with Cystic Fibrosis -- got his own customized Rangers jersey after officially signing the contract as the newest member of the team.
