MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) - One of three men wanted for a shooting in Frayser nearly two weeks ago is now in custody.
Kelon Burns, 19, is charged with attempted first-degree murder and using a firearm during a dangerous felony.
According to the Memphis Police Department, a man was leaving the Frayser Boulevard EZ Mart on November 20 when Burns fired at him with an AR-style rifle from a moving SUV.
Luckily, none of the shots hit the victim.
Burns was arrested and charged Monday. He is being held behind bars on a $125,000 bond.
Police say two other suspects, who were captured on surveillance video, have yet to be identified.
MPD released a photo of the suspects this week, adding that the man in the green jacket and the man wearing a white shirt are still wanted.
