NEW HAVEN – The rich are getting richer in the Northeast 8.

Last season, only three underclassmen earned All-NE8 honors in the league – juniors Landon Richmond and Owen Marshall from Columbia City and sophomore guard Tarvar Baskerville from New Haven.

Despite the youth of their top players, it was the Eagles and Bulldogs who shared the league title at 6-1. Now, those heavyweights are poised to stay at the top in a conference that features several would-be contenders with significant promise and significant question marks.
